Gas Free Certificate

Our surveyors provide a gas free certificate for cargo holds, tanks, void spaces and enclosed spaces.

IHM Certificate

The Hong Kong convention requires that new ships and existing ships of 500GT and above, no later than 5 years after into force of the convention, or before going for recycling, if this is earlier, to have on board a valid International Certificate of compliance (IHM).

Our surveyors can conduct the necessary audits and surveys and compile an Inventory of Hazardous Material report by identifying the potential Hazardous materials on board such as asbestos, heavy metals, hydrocarbons, ozone depleting substance, PCBs, TBTs, ODs and other materials etc. The survey can be conducted at sea or in port.

Cargo Inspection

Bunker Surveys

RKMSS offers Bunker and condition Surveys in all the major ports of Qatar. It is important to have the vessel’s bunker quantities assessed at the start and end of the time charter period, whether one is a charterer or a owner of a vessel.
